Guests must meet the following Resort Properties Guest Qualifications as may be modified from time to time in order to be deemed a Qualified Guest.

✅ Guests attend Resorts VIP Breakfast, Property Tour and Presentation.

*Married couples must Vacation, and attend the Resorts Property Tour & Presentation together.

*Married & Common-law couples at least one spouse must meet the Resorts Guest Qualifications.

Full Details – Our RESORTS GUEST QUALIFICATIONS CRITERIA
Guests must meet the following Resort Properties Guest Qualifications as may be modified from time to time in order to be deemed a Qualified Guest.
1. All Guests must be citizens of the United States or Canada.
2. All Guests must have and present current valid government issued identification.
3. All Guests must have and present one valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) in the name of the Guests. No debit cards, not check cards or corporate cards will be accepted.
4. All Guests must have a valid credit card in the name of the Guests at the time of checking into a Resort Property or else that person will not be allowed to check into that Resort Property.
5. All Guests must attend an entire Vacation Club sales presentation and orientation lasting at least 90 minutes (the “Presentation”). The 90 minutes will begin after the Guests breakfast orientation. The Guests is not eligible if the Guests have previously toured any Vacation Club Property within the last 12 months.  All travelers must attend and complete the 90-minute presentation together. There is no obligation to purchase; however not completing the 90-minute presentation or giving purposeful misleading information and/or omitting relevant information regarding the package qualifications will negate this promotion resulting in the Guests reservation being cancelled and/or the person will be subject to paying an additional rate for the Guests stay.
Note: Guests using our Discount Vacation Holiday Certificate Packages can only Vacation one-time to Cancun & Riviera Maya.  Guests are not able to return to Cancun & Riviera Maya using our Discount Vacation Holiday Certificate Packages.
6. All Guests must present a valid USA or Canadian passport and/or other US or Canadian government issued photo identification. Upon arrival at the Resort Property, the Guests will need to present valid passports along with the stamped immigration papers confirming the Guests’ arrival date.
7. All Guests must be able to read, speak, write and understand fluently in either English or Spanish.
8. All Guests must have paid in full the promotional rate for the accommodations at the Resort in question and otherwise be in good standing at that Resort.
9. All individual Guests (or at least one individual in each couple) must be either gainfully employed or fully retired with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least $50,000 USD for US citizens or $75,000 CDN for Canadian citizens.
10. Single women Guests must be between 30 to 70 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification.
11. Single men Guests must be between 30 to 70 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification. *** Canadian Single-men -- will not be eligible Vacationing to Cancun and Riviera Maya.
12. Guests cohabitating as a couple must both be legally single, must present valid government issued photo identification with matching addresses, they must have a minimum of 5 years living together, must be between the ages of 30 to 70 years old and must both attend the sales presentation.
13. Guests who are legally married must present valid government issued photo identification with matching addresses. One spouse must be between the ages of 30 – 70 years old. Newlyweds must bring their original marriage license or certificate, if they do not have matching identification within a 3-month period of their marriage. Both spouses must attend the sales presentation.

14. All persons in all reservations must attend the presentation including children and second rooms must attend the presentation.

❌ Ineligible Individuals:
The following persons shall not be Qualified Guests under any condition:
15. Individual Guests who are not between the above stated ages at the time of travel.
16. Individual Guests in divorce process or separated are not eligible to use this promotional package.
17. Two Couple Guests traveling together - second couple will be accepted at a higher promotional rate.
18. French Canadians and residents of Quebec, Canada.
19. Owners or employees of the Villa Group or Tafer Resorts (or their family members).
20. Individual Guests who have traveled to a Villa Group or Tafer Resort within the immediately preceding 12 months and attended a Presentation.
21. Individuals who own real estate (full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and/or Cancun.
22. Individuals who have been invited twice to participate in the promotional package and become qualified Guests.
23. Individuals who work in the following industries; hospitality, military, travel agency, time share related and airlines employees.
24. The person must be willing to have a soft credit screening and must not have had a bankruptcy or mortgage foreclosure during the last year.

25. Individuals who own property in Baja California Sur.
26. Canadian Single women Guests must be between 30 to 64 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification.
27. Single men Guests must be between 30 to 59 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification.
28. Canadian Guests who are legally married must present valid government issued photo identification with matching addresses. One spouse must be between the ages of 30 to 64 years old. ✅ 5 YEAR PERMANENT RESIDENCY

If the Guest is either Married or in a Common-Law Relationship, then either of the spouses must have an American or a Canadian Citizenship or a minimum 5-Year Permanent Residency. All Guests with a minimum 5-Year Permanent Residency must be Pre-Qualified by the Resorts Reservation Desk.

✅ OUR EXISTING GUESTS

Our Resorts Promotional Offer is designed to be a maximum of two Vacation Holiday Packages in their Lifetime.  Any of our existing Guests will not be eligible to return to the same Mexican Destination.

However, any of our existing Guests that have Vacationed over 12 months ago, maybe eligible to purchase another one of our Resorts Promotional Certificate Offers, as long as our existing Guests will be Vacationing to one of our other Mexican Destinations.

Options:
*If a Guest has Vacationed on one our, or a similar, "Resorts Promotional Offer" to either TAFER RESORTS, and or the VILLA GROUP located in Cancun and Riviera Maya, will be eligible to Vacation to either Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, or Loreto.

*If a Guest has Vacationed on one our, or a similar, "Resorts Promotional Offer" to either TAFER RESORTS, and or the VILLA GROUP located in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, or Loreto, will be eligible to Vacation to a second time to the same Destination.

*If a Guest has Vacationed on one our, or a similar, "Resorts Promotional Offer" to either TAFER RESORTS, and or the VILLA GROUP located in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, or Loreto, will be eligible to Vacation to Cancun.
